English description provided by the architects.
The project involves the renovation of a 1970s detached house located in a residential neighborhood close to the sea.
The design draws inspiration from local architectural characteristics—pitched roofs, bold geometric forms, and touches of color—which are reinterpreted through a contemporary language.
The house is now externally insulated and finished with a new natural lime render in light tones, improving both its thermal performance and its integration into the urban landscape.
The façades have been redesigned to create greater coherence, while new openings, a balcony, a terrace, a dormer window, and roof windows bring in more natural light and strengthen the connection with the garden and surrounding views.
The new architectural elements are highlighted in a pigeon blue shade, distinguishing the contemporary interventions while echoing the colors of the local context.
capacity, and provide brighter, more spacious living areas adapted to contemporary lifestyles.
