KONCRETE is a collective hub, coffee house, concept store that has quickly become a both local favorite and international icon - a flexible destination that brings together specialty coffee, curated retail and community within a singular spatial experience.
Set within a striking stand-alone concrete structure on the strategic Dar Al Wasl road, the design embraces the building's raw materiality through exposed finishes, restrained interventions and bespoke furniture elements that can effortlessly shift between hospitality and retail functions.
Concrete walls and floors are left in their honest expression, creating a neutral backdrop for carefully curated products, objects and moments of gathering.
Natural light, drawn through elongated windows and a central atrium, shapes the atmosphere throughout the day, highlighting textures and reinforcing the dialogue between architecture and object.
Balancing rawness with refinement, KONCRETE offers a contemporary environment that is both adaptable and enduring - establishing a new destination for creativity, culture and connection in the UAE.
