The Tbilisi apartment is designed to offer a balance of comfort, aesthetic sophistication, and adaptability.
Spanning 170 m², the goal was to create a space where the overall design serves as a versatile backdrop, allowing the apartment to shift in character depending on the residents' needs and moods.
This is achieved through a carefully chosen combination of materials, colors, and furnishings that can easily be updated or changed, giving the space both functional and visual flexibility.
The layout is divided into distinct zones that maintain a clear separation between private and social areas. The three bedrooms are connected by a long corridor, ensuring a private, serene atmosphere.
In contrast, the living and dining areas are open and integrated, fostering an inviting space for gathering.
A decorative glass partition separates the kitchen from the living area, providing a light division that retains the flow and openness of the space, while also offering a subtle boundary between these two zones.
Natural materials such as wood, stone, and clay tiles are central to the design, contributing warmth and texture.
The predominant straw color serves as a neutral backdrop, creating a calm atmosphere that's complemented by bold accents of green, blue, and red. These vibrant hues are used thoughtfully in the furnishings and decor, adding a lively touch while maintaining a harmonious overall look.
