STARAY is a brand that transforms 3D printing into an everyday force, bringing technology closer to daily life.
Inspired by STARAY's spirit of freedom and breath, we asked ourselves: How can a space be rapidly constructed within the context of OōEli?
Penetration, Constructing "Air": Beneath the eaves of the building, a new spatial curtain wall is formed with detachable uprights—some anchored vertically to the ground, others suspended in midair.
This structure penetrates between inside and outside, visually linking the interior site with the architecture itself.
On the interior, it becomes seating for trying on shoes; on the exterior, when sunlight and mist pass through, it settles beneath dappled green shadows, forming a "breathing space" where one can pause, rest, and capture a moment.
Vision is the shape of wind | Structure is the vessel of air - With sustainable materials, we created a spatial experiment of matter, air, and comfort.
A 3D-printed lattice extends into the space as a woven visual field. The space itself becomes an enlarged diagram of molecular structures.
Through this "architectural molecular structure," the combination of foam rods and climbing ropes allows visitors to feel as if they are truly inside a pair of breathing shoes.
The entire field is enclosed in a way that is both naturally irregular and orderly coexistent, forming an ecological interface in dialogue with structure.
