As a tenant amenity, MacCracken Architects was engaged to revise an 18,000 SF open space in the center of the floor plan to provide a common area for tenant interaction, client meetings and an escape from the individual tenant spaces.

Amenities include a raised assembly area for facility wide presentations, a break room and cafe area, and private and semi-private meeting areas that can be reserved.

The design revolves around raised platforms and drop ceilings, each providing a different level of privacy, culminating with a shared cafe space.

Welded raw steel planters surround more intimate spaces, and raised geometric meeting areas with ample display space surround the perimeter.
