Energy system development (cardiovascular training), shower pods, nutrition bar and consultation area, full-service physical therapy, massage, and soft tissue work, acceleration track, indoor turf training area, education classrooms, evaluation and testing area.

Inserted into an existing raw space, the new facility greats the customer with a combination reception/nutrition bar. This allows the signature Athletes’ Performance methodology to begin as the customer enters the space.

The reception area both accomodates the needs of the consultants and athletes, but also creates an architectural element that reduces the overall scale of the existing space to something more accommodating to its function. From the reception there is access to the locker rooms and “shower pods”, training area and consultation spaces.

The “shower pods” are private self containted changing and shower spaces provided for the customers. Lockers are accessed from the main athletes’ corridor before entering a private pod.

Enclosed in each pod is a shower, water closet and sink. These allow for the private nature of changing and showering after a workout while reducing the large spacial requirements of a dedicated locker room.
